• All our jewelry is manufactured with pure 92.5 sterling silver.
• All jewelry is stamped 925. We can laser stamp your logo on the jewelry as well.
• We use Zinc and copper as an alloy in our jewelry. All jewelry is nickel, cadmium and lead free.
• As the gemstones used are natural semi precious gemstones and the  jewelry is handmade, there can be variations in the weights/dimensions of the products. We make both handmade and casting jewelry.
• Rings can be made in all sizes - American, European, British, Australia, Japanese. Bracelets are of standard International length - 7.5 to 8.5 inches with extender or 19.05 cms. to 21.59 cms.
• Necklaces are of standard International length - 18 inches + 1 inch extender or 45.72 cms.
• Anti tarnish finish can be done on the jewellery but at an additional cost.
• Micron/Flash/Rose gold plating can also be done on the jewelry but at an additional cost.
• Additional rings to bracelets or adjustable to chains can be added.
• Most of the jewelry styles can be made with various gemstones.
• We undertake custom jewelry manufacturing also and can produce jewels from your jewelry styles as well.
• No child labor, good working conditions, fare wages to artisans.
• We are situated in the world famous Johri Bazaar in the city of Jaipur also known as the pink city.
• Pricing of our jewelry. The prices mentioned are as per current silver price and currency exchange rates and are subject to change as per market fluctuations. The prices displayed are wholesale prices. All prices given are FOB prices and do not include any shipping charges, import taxes or custom duties.
• How to order > Add products to the shopping cart and submit > We will email you a customized invoice with product, shipping and payment details. > Order manufacturing time 15-21 days. 
• Payments: Wire bank transfer, PayPal, Credit and debit cards.
• Shipping: UPS, FedEx and EMS Speed post as we mutually agree upon.
• Minimum order quantity is 5 pcs per style. Five rings can be in different sizes. Total minimum order value is US$ 350.00 excluding shipping charges.
• Payment options 50% of the order amount has to be paid as advance at the time of placing the order.The rest 50% once the jewellery is ready prior to being shipped. Payments can be made through Bank Swift TT, PayPal. We have credit card payment options as well. Any payment transfer charges are to be borne by the buyer.

We ship through UPS, FedEx or EMS Speed post as we agree upon. We ship worldwide. For smaller sample orders we have low cost shipping options as well.
